The first installment of a backlog of 2011 reviews - a result of too much travelling. If next year is the same I'll soon be able to review a British Airways Gold loyalty card! Since the Americans are going to be celebrating Thanksgiving next week, this is a "special issue" of American reviews. Other news, good for a change, is that the Baan Thai in Malvern is or is nearly reopened after the fire that kept it closed for about 2 years. I hope it's as good as it used to be.
I've also added pictures to some of the reviews that lacked them.
